Inversion Yoga

Service Description

Students will learn a complete warm up and kinetic activation of the musculoskeletal groups needed to hold various inverted postures. We will also learn proper breathing techniques for maintaining these postures without strain or discomfort. We will learn proper form and alignment for inverted postures such as: Shoulder Stand, Crow Pose, Headstand, as well as Forearm Stand and Handstand (for advanced students). Students will have the opportunity to practice at their own pace with guidance and support.
